Salary Pay:
$95,000 - $115,000
Schedule:

What You Will Be Doing Partner with production, maintenance, and operations teams to improve manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency Design and modify machinery, tooling, fixtures, and equipment using SolidWorks and AutoCAD Analyze production data to identify opportunities for waste reduction, productivity improvements, and cost savings Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for manufacturing and equipment issues Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility Work directly on the production floor to troubleshoot problems, support projects, and improve manufacturing performance What You Will Need For This Job 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Strong SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience Hands-on experience designing tooling, fixtures, machinery, or equipment modifications Experience analyzing production data and implementing process improvements Root Cause Analysis experience Strong shop-floor presence and ability to collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Production teams Preferred Machining or machine shop experience Lean Manufacturing experience Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Continuous Improvement project leadership ERP or manufacturing systems experience Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar field What's In It For You Full Benefit's Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K with Match, Birthdays OFF, Sick Time, & More!!)
