Dental Front Office Receptionist/DA/RDA
Job Description
We are a small, high-quality family friendly dental practice looking for an energetic, professional, self-motivated person to join our team. We are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist who is ideally confident with DENTRIX, patient scheduling, presenting treatment plans, insurance billing & checking eligibility.
A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE
is recommended. This is for a long-term position in an amazing office with awesome staff!
•Preferable if you have an X-ray license, Coronal Polishing license and a current DA or RDA license. We attempt to cross-train all of our front and back office staff. Our ideal candidate is a reliable, enthusiastic, outgoing, positive, and patient-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to help provide our patients with exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring our patients have an exceptional experience Scheduling doctors and hygienists to production goals Preparation and presentation of treatment diagnosed/financial arrangements when needed Collection and billing preparation (Insurance billing), managing A/R Posting payments to patient accounts in Dentrix Managing patient appointments and re-care management Updating and managing patient records This position requires someone who possesses the following qualities: Reliable organized team oriented motivated friendly professional a passion for creating positive customer experiences Enjoys building patient rapport Basic Dental Knowledge Office hours: Monday 8-5 Tuesday 8-5 Wednesday 8-5 Thursday 8-2 Average of ~30-32+ hours per week We love to have fun while we work and to make it fun for our patients!
