This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and working closely with a supportive team. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently using Patient Management System, we use Eaglesoft but are open to changing as our needs or team members needs change. Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups to optimize daily patient flow Verify patient insurance details and process medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Maintain accurate medical records, update patient histories, and handle medical coding for billing purposes Handle administrative duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and coordinating with insurance providers Skills Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols is required Experience with dental assisting tasks including chairside support, X-ray procedures, and aseptic techniques is a plus Familiarity with medical documentation standards and HIPAA compliance to ensure patient privacy Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages, fostering a positive experience and learning experience Understanding of medical imaging technology including 3D scanners, chair side milling machines and X-ray equipment is a plus
Qualifications:
Dental Assistant experience preferred but not required Front desk or dental office experience Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Positive attitude and team-player mindset
