Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Pay:

•24/hour DOE A Professional Dermatology & Laser Medical Center is seeking an experienced Medical Front Office professional to join our private dermatology practice in Newport Beach. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a smaller, patient-focused practice where you can get to know your team and the patients you serve. We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and experienced in the fast-paced environment of a dermatology office. Why You'll Love Working Here In addition to a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, team members enjoy a welcoming private-practice environment and employee discounts on dermatology services and treatments offered by the practice. What You'll Do Greet patients and manage the check-in process Answer phones and schedule patient appointments Verify insurance information and update patient demographics Enter and maintain accurate information in the EMR Take accurate and complete messages for providers Create new patient files and assist with medical records Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the patient experience What We're Looking For 2+ years of dermatology experience Strong knowledge of medical terminology Previous medical front-office experience Excellent computer and typing skills Strong communication and customer-service skills EMA/Modernizing Medicine experience is a big plus Completion of a Medical Administrative or Medical Assistant program preferred If you have dermatology experience and are looking for a stable, full-time position with a private practice where you'll be part of a close-knit team , we'd love to hear from you.
