Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental practice. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient service, managing appointment scheduling, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Eaglesoft dental software and possess excellent communication skills to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression of the practice Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using Eaglesoft software Verify patient insurance information and handle billing inquiries Maintain accurate and organized patient records in the dental software system Answer phone calls promptly, address patient questions, and direct calls as needed Collect payments and process transactions accurately Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and correspondence Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations Uphold confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations Requirements Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant in a dental or healthcare setting preferred Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software is helpful Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or dental office training is a plus Join our team to contribute to a welcoming environment where patients receive outstanding care and service.
Pay:
$26.78 - $32.25 per hour
