We have a busy, growing practice of 5 surgeons, 2 physician assistants and a second location in El Dorado Hills. Traveling between the two locations is a job requirement. Responsibilities Front desk receptionist- check-in, check-out Answering phones, responding to voicemails within the same day Input correct insurance into EMR, scanning insurance cards Excellent understanding of insurance and front office operations Chart prep for next day patients, pre-registration of patients Collecting balances and reconciling a cash drawer Checking incoming faxing and routing to appropriate person Manage electronic health records (EHR systems) accurately by documenting patient information, medical history and medications. Ability to multitask while providing excellent patient care

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
