Immediate Opening! Come Join our fast pace Dental Practice as a Front Office Receptionist with great opportunities. We are searching for a responsible, hardworking individual, determine Front Office Patient Care to join our supported dental offices and if you are a dental Assistant, is a benefit. This position is ideal for someone with strong sense of commitment!!! You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks in our office area and play an important role and maintaining an organized administrative patient schedule and treatment follow up calls and cases presentation. You must have a great personality, being able to multitask , ability to maintain performance, stay composed, and make effective decisions during stressful situations, drama free , and you also need to love calling patients and be on the phone with a positive attitude. We are committed to providing optimal dental care, so if you think you have what it takes to help to accomplish good customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents and reply to E-mail and scan the patient's file.
  • Plan and schedule appointments, follow up Dental Treatment
  • Greet patients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, and listen to voicemails
  • Develop and implement organized systems
  • Coordinating and presenting Treatment plans with skills to educate patients.
  • Collect over the counter
  • Checking in and outpatients
  • Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dental office administration or customer service and if you have patient care experience from other background is welcome to apply
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Great attitude, Enthusiastic, motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and educated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Insurance and patient responsibility obligation

  • Leadership skills
  • Eaglesoft software experience is a plus We offer a competitive pay based on your performance and skills Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:30 PM.

Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
