We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Must be Bilingual in Chinese and English. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic patient care duties, including taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and preparing patients for examinations
  • Assist healthcare providers with procedures and treatments as directed
  • Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate medical records
  • Handle patient inquiries, provide education on medications and procedures, and ensure patient satisfaction
  • Assist with medical coding and billing processes as needed
