MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE/ EXPERIENCE WITH DENTAL CODING

•We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Front Office professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental practice, ensuring a positive patient experience while maintaining efficient office processes. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in medical and dental terminology, and the ability to handle administrative tasks with precision. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process Schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar efficiently Handle insurance verification and patient billing inquiries Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Process medical documentation and review care plans as needed Utilize EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for patient management Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette and patient interactions Manage multi-line phone systems to address patient inquiries promptly Support the dental team with clerical tasks including filing, typing, and health information management Experience Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred Familiarity with medical billing and coding practices is highly desirable Proficiency in using EHR systems such as Eaglesoft or similar platforms Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite proficiency Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance patient communication Experience in medical administrative support or front desk operations is a plus Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional dental care while enhancing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
