Modern office setting Established dental practice looking for a full time front desk receptionist. Looking for someone that is looking for a good work family. Must have dental front desk experience (Dentrix/Dexis knowledge is a plus), able to verify insurance, detail-oriented, friendly, multi-tasker, computer skills, typing skills, familiar w/ dental software, willing to learn, vibrant personality and good phone skills. Summary As a Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and administrative support in a dental office setting. Your core skills in dental administrative support and front desk operations will be essential for managing patient records and scheduling appointments efficiently. Proficiency in Dentrix and computer skills will enable you to handle multi-line phone systems and maintain accurate dental documentation. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service. Schedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix and multi-line phone systems. Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with administrative tasks. Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance patient experience. Support office manager in various front office duties.Job Type:
