This full-time position is ideal for individuals eager to join a dedicated team in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our clinic, renowned for exceptional dental care and patient satisfaction, seeks a motivated and organized professional to manage our front desk operations. It is important to note that this is not a remote job, and the successful candidate will be stationed at our office location to interact directly with our valued patients and staff. As a cornerstone of first impressions and a vital component of our patient-care system, the role of a Dental Receptionist is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our clinic. We are not just looking for an employee; we are seeking a new member for our dental family who will contribute to our welcoming atmosphere and provide outstanding service to everyone who walks through our doors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries Verify and update patient information accurately Collect payments, process transactions, and provide receipts Send statements via office management software and via email Maintain a clean, organized front desk area Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams Support daily front office operations to ensure a smooth patient flow

Requirements:

Authorized to work in the US Good at algebra for calculating percentage and estimate adjustments Minimum of 2-3 years of in-person customer service experience Prior dental office experience preferred but not required Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy, fast-paced setting Comfortable answering high-volume phone calls and speaking with patients Professional, positive, and patient-focused demeanor Reliable and flexible with work hours, including overtime when needed Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Willingness to learn dental terminology, procedures, and office systems Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:
