Blue Stone Health & Wellness is currently accepting applications for an experienced and customer-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our healthcare team. As a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries effectively. Verify patient information and insurance coverage accurately. Collect and process patient payments following established protocols. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely assistance. Handle sensitive patient information confidentially and with utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer service role preferred. Knowledge of Dental Front Desk activities and workflow. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
