Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C. is a full-service law firm with four office locations. We are urgently seeking a reliable (with excellent attendance - who doesn't constantly call in), proactive Legal Client Intake Receptionist for our Broomfield office. The ideal candidate has strong leadership attributes, takes initiative, excellent time management skills highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires a positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and composure, contributing to a collaborative team-work environment. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of phone calls, route calls to appropriate staff, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional service while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions. Manage and maintain the office ensuring they are organized, stocked, and clean. Scan and move client documents with a focus on accuracy and quality control. Assist with client account maintenance (e.g., address updates, emails, document organization). Process and distribute daily mail, record fees, and ensure mail is delivered to the post office daily. Collect and process client payments accurately and efficiently. Set up and audit new client files with attention to detail. Perform additional administrative tasks as requested by management. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage high call volumes and handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact and professionalism. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills with a professional, upbeat, and team-focused attitude. High energy and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Ability to obtain Notary certification within 90 days of hire. Requirements Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Submit your resume, cover letter, and salary requirements for consideration.
