The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling phone communications with clarity and courtesy to create a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently. Handle all phone communications, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing information about services. Maintain organized appointment schedules to optimize the flow of patient visits. Assist with patient records management, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth daily operations. Address patient questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy. Support administrative tasks such as billing, insurance processing, and documentation as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with office technology, including phones, computers, and scheduling software is advantageous. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
