About the Role We are seeking a dependable person who is looking to build not only a career with our practice but to help build a better community. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and assist them with checking in and out Schedule appointments and management scheduling updates Manage reminder system and coordinate follow-up visits Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, manage digital forms, treatment notes, and insurance data; ensuring HIPAA compliance Answer calls promptly, direct inquiries, and coordinate with clinical and administrative staff. Confirm benefits, obtain pre-authorization when required, and communicate coverage details to patients. Collect payments at the time of service, reconcile daily POS transactions, and manage collections. Strong knowledge of dental practice management system Open Dental preferred Assist with tracking and ordering dental supplies as needed. Maintain adherence to HIPAA, practice policies, and quality standards.
