Position Summary:
As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you will be essential in providing outstanding patient service and managing the front office operations of our medical facility. Your core skills in medical administrative support and office management will ensure efficient patient flow and accurate handling of medical records. Utilizing premium skills in EHR systems and HIPAA compliance, you will maintain confidentiality while assisting patients with appointments and inquiries. Your relevant experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service will enhance the overall patient experience, making you a vital part of our healthcare team.
Key responsibilities:
Responsibilities Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide medical administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing office correspondence. Utilize EHR systems to update patient information and facilitate smooth office operations. Address patient concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Qualifications Proven experience in medical administrative support and front desk operations Proficient in EHR systems and managing medical records Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology Familiarity with office management tasks and clerical duties Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
