Corvida Health Clinic's services include the full range of preventive and primary care delivered in a family medicine model, creating a true medical home for thousands of uninsured individuals in the Denver metropolitan area. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Greeting patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner. Checking patients in and out for medical appointments. Collecting and posting payments. Registering and updating confidential patient information. Manage patient flow between front and back office. Screening telephone calls, scheduling, and confirming appointments. Providing accurate information to inquiries. Scanning patient documentation. Processing medical records requests. Assist medical providers and team members as needed. Qualifications Bilingual English and Spanish Excellent computer skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Team player High school diploma or equivalent Interest in working with and sensitivity toward special populations, including those with limited income, limited education, and non-English speaking individuals.
