Center for Vitality is hiring a compassionate, organized Receptionist to join our integrative healthcare team. We provide naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, psychotherapy, and functional medicine for patients with complex chronic conditions, including Lyme disease, mold related illness, Long COVID and pediatric special needs (ASD, PANS).

Position:

Receptionist Schedule:

Full-time or part-time available

Monday-Thursday:

8:30 AM-5:00 PM Fridays 8:30-1:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and assist patients Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Process payments Maintain accurate patient records Support providers and daily office operations Create a welcoming patient experience

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and multitasking abilities Reliable, punctual, and professional Compassionate and patient-focused Positive, team-oriented attitude Medical office experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

$18-22 per hour, based on experience
