It includes Manchester Memorial Hospital, a 249-bed community hospital, Rockville General, a campus of Manchester Memorial Hospital, a 102-bed facility, a large multispecialty provider group and visiting nurse services. Serves as a vital frontline team member, partnering with the Charge Nurse to help lead unit operations, maintain order in a fast-paced environment, and support exceptional patient care. Performs clerical and administrative duties, manages medical records and physician orders, and helps ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and a structured therapeutic milieu. Demonstrates the Core Values of Teamwork, Respect, and Communication while contributing to positive patient outcomes. Reports to the Clinical Coordinator. Competencies:
Basic computer skills are desirable. Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English. Must be capable of taking swift and efficient action, including patient restraint when responding to patient needs. Qualifications- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with some knowledge of medical terminology.
