If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, have a knack for multitasking, and thrive in a busy professional environment, we'd love to hear from you! About the Role As a Front Desk Associate, you'll play a vital role in our practice. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients Managing patient check-in and check-out Answering phones and responding to emails Verifying insurance Collecting payments Providing information and assistance to patients and their families Ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience. Collaborating with the team to provide top-notch care.
What We're Looking For Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a medical setting but other industries are ok.Education:
Minimum of a High School Diploma; higher education is a plus.Skills:
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are a must.Attitude:

- Two or more years' experience working as an executive assistant, office administrator or front desk receptionist is required.
- High School diploma required. Post high school education is preferred.
- A minimum of four years' customer service experience of some kind.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, apply attention to detail, provide friendly service, and operate with personal responsibility / accountability.
