Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the primary point of contact for our clinic, you will set the tone for patient care by providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative duties, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Patient Relations & Customer Service Warmly greet patients upon arrival, creating a professional and welcoming environment. Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, triaging inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Communicate effectively with patients, clinical staff, and healthcare providers to streamline patient care. Front Desk & Administrative Operations Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including identity verification, insurance confirmation, and co-pay collection. Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic calendar to optimize daily patient flow and minimize wait times. Maintain, update, and organize electronic medical records in strict compliance with HIPAA and clinic confidentiality guidelines. Experience with Epic is a plus.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Previous experience as a medical receptionist, front desk coordinator, or administrative assistant in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Core Skills:
Strong phone etiquette, proficiency in general office procedures, and exceptional customer service skills.
Compliance:
Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical privacy standards is an asset.
Languages:
