Position Overview As the Dental Office Coordinator, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our practice. Your responsibilities will include managing dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling with attention to detail and precision. You will work closely with our team to provide a seamless and exceptional experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities Dental Insurance:
Verify patient insurance benefits, submit and track claims, and handle insurance-related inquiries.
Treatment Planning:
Work with providers to create and present treatment plans to patients, ensuring clarity and confidence in their dental care.
Scheduling Coordination:
Maintain an efficient, productive, and patient-friendly schedule, ensuring appointments are booked strategically to optimize the day's workflow.
Patient Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person.
Administrative Support:
Assist with front-office operations, including collecting payments, maintaining records, and other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental office setting is required. Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes, including verification and claims management. Proficiency in treatment planning and the ability to present plans confidently to patients. Experience as a Scheduling Coordinator with attention to detail and the ability to optimize productivity. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, EagleSoft, or similar). Highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping patients. Bilingual
