YOUR ROLE
As our Client concierge, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll manage key medical administrative tasks, ensure our clinics run like a well-oiled machine, and provide exceptional customer service that makes every client feel like a VIP.
What You'll Do:
Client Communication:
Be the friendly face and voice of Akemē, warmly greeting clients, answering their questions, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Scheduling & Appointment Management:
Keep our schedules in top shape by managing appointments, updating the EMR system, and working closely with our therapists to maximize availability.
Administrative Support:
Handle important tasks like maintaining patient charts, managing faxes, and coordinating with the billing department.
Insurance Verification:
Verify insurance benefits, update records, and communicate key information to clients—keeping everything transparent and hassle-free.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients by following up on missed appointments and addressing any concerns with care.
Training & Development:
Lead by example as you train and mentor new team members, ensuring they're up to speed on clinic protocols and our high customer service standards.
Lead Team Meetings:
Gather and present weekly data, keep everyone on track with meeting recaps, and assign tasks to keep our team focused and productive.
Performance Division Management:
Assist in managing our performance division by confirming group training attendance, scheduling sessions, and pulling reports.
Performance Team Communication:
Keep our trainers in the loop by managing session bookings and updates—ensuring everyone is on the same page. Bring the

What We're Looking For:
Experience:
You've got a background in medical administration or customer service and you know how to keep things organized. 2+
Years Leadership Skills:
You're a natural leader who can motivate a team, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
Communication:
Your communication skills—both verbal and written—are top-notch, and you're great at building professional relationships.
Organization:
You have a keen eye for detail, and you're a pro at juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
Customer Service Focus:
You're dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our clients, every single time. 2+years
Tech-Savvy:
You're comfortable with office software, EMR systems, and scheduling tools.
Flexibility:
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
Bi-lingual:
While not required, being bi-lingual Spanish and English is a plus!
Education/Certification:
