In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, experience in scheduling appointment, knowledge about Dentrix software, treatment plan, dental insurances, Care Caredrit, Cherry and bilingual is mandatory. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, establishing a friendly and professional atmosphere. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently using dental practice management software such as Dentrix. Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification. Schedule appointments accurately while coordinating with clinical staff to optimize daily clinic flow. Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation review in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with billing procedures including medical collection processes, CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding, and medical billing tasks. Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing electronic health records (EHR) systems. Handle patient inquiries regarding treatment plans, insurance claims, and billing questions with professionalism and clarity. Ensure confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA standards while maintaining efficient front desk operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a dental receptionist with clinic experience preferred. DO NOT Apply if you don't have experience. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding, and health information management. Familiarity with dental software Dentrix. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing skills. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage busy schedules effectively. Knowledge of insurance verification processes, medical billing procedures, and documentation review protocols. Bilingual abilities is
