Job Summary :
We have an immediate need for an Assistant General Manager (AGM). The AGM is responsible for assisting in leading a management team and managing multiple areas of business including food and beverage, attractions, events, and strategic growth in a fast-paced work environment. Other responsibilities include making operational decisions in a timely manner, meeting financial goals, and leading a team to work in a collaborative manner to exceed guest expectations and drive increased revenue.

What You'll Do :
Leads and develops a strategic team that promotes a safe environment that provides exceptional guest service while directing the management team and ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level Assures staffing levels and management coverage is appropriate to meet the needs of the business and maximize the customer experience Ensures execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs as documented Promotes positive employee relations including effective delegation of managerial duties, fostering high staff morale, upholding operation standards, and execution of the performance management process Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control expenses in order to meet or exceed annual budgets Will be held responsible for weekly, monthly P&L forecasting and assist with submitting annual budgets and all venue expenses/purchases Maintain systems which insure overall fiscal responsibility for inventory, etc. Responsible for all aspects of the operation including attractions, entertainment, food and beverage, equipment, and property to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives Set store goals by period and hold managers accountable for setting and meeting departmental goals Capitalizes business opportunities in the market area by executing Company marketing strategies to drive sales Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food and beverage and attractions in an environment catered to all ages Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff Continuously improves operational execution through attention to detail and adherence operating standards and standards Provide training support for New Store Openings, as needed Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need :
Associates degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field (bachelor's degree is preferred). Family Entertainment, Sports and Entertainment, Hotel, and or Specialty Restaurant Management as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager Must have large full-service experience. Proven supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including guest services, accounting, attractions, arcade, redemption, and revenue management. Experience in handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts professionally. Familiarity with property management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Previous experience in budgeting and financial reporting
Physical Demands :
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 10 pounds. Capable of standing, walking, and working in confined spaces throughout shifts, always maintaining visibility to guests. Must possess the stamina to remain active and engaged during busy periods, ensuring responsiveness to guest needs. Adept at moving throughout the hotel property, which may involve significant distances between buildings and areas. Hearing and visual acuity to observe staff performance and detect emergency situations, responding appropriately.
Please Note :
Selected candidate will be required to train in Orlando, FL and Tampa, FL for 30-45 days. Housing will be provided.
