Our commitment to the highest standards is absolute, from the time the client walks in the door to the moment the plasma leaves our facility. Olgam Life focuses solely on the aggregation aspect of the donation process, enabling us to focus more closely on the care our donors receive.
Morning shift:
5:30 am to 2:00 pm
Evening:
11:30 am to 8:30 pm Days off: Saturday plus one other weekday $16.50 an hour to start Paid training at minimum wage up to 2 weeks Benefits after 60 days of employment Purpose and Role This position is responsible for the processes of registering and screening all donors that present to an Olgam Plasma Center location. The Donor Processor will ensure donor eligibility, and follow all federal, local, and organizational standards related to this determination. Job Duties and Responsibilities Registers new and return Manages the donor identification and deferral registry check Verifies donor vitals for suitability at each Assesses donor medical history for pre-donation Determines donor acceptability for plasma Other duties as assigned by Center Management. Requirements A minimum of 1 years' experience working in a regulated environment and/or customer service industry Organizational skills and attention to Good verbal and written communication Professional communication and the ability to inform and report appropriately to management. Scheduling flexibility to ensure appropriate center support and Ability to execute multi-step technical driven Familiarization with electronic systems/platforms used to organize, track, and execute tasks. Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for a minimum of 8 hours in a scheduled workday. Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
