Front Office Medical Receptionist Community Medical Group is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Office Medical Receptionist to join our team. This position is often the first point of contact for our patients and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.

What You'll Do:
Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional assistance Check patients in and out for their appointments Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Answer incoming calls and respond to patient questions Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information Collect copayments and provide receipts when needed Communicate with providers, medical assistants, and other departments Maintain an organized and professional front office Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA requirements
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED Friendly and professional customer service skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment Medical office experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person Bilingual English and Spanish preferred At Community Medical Group, our mission is to strengthen community health .
