We are a female-owned family dental practice with a long-standing, close-knit team. We are looking for a dependable team member who communicates well with patients, understands dental insurance, and is comfortable managing the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy dental front office. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist patients professionally Schedule and confirm appointments and help maintain a full schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Check patients in and out Present treatment plans, fees, and payment options Submit insurance claims and required attachments Follow up on outstanding insurance claims Collect patient payments Balance daily transactions and prepare deposits Qualifications Dental front desk experience required; 2+ years preferred Dental insurance experience required Patterson Eaglesoft experience required Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance codes Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
Full time, approximately 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.11 per hour
