Job Description

About Us Creative Toothwork is a dental practice in Kendall, Miami. We're looking for a warm, organized Treatment Coordinator to join our team. You'll help patients understand their next steps and move forward with the care their doctor has recommended. About the Role In this role, your main focus is treatment coordination. You'll be the link between the treatment plan and the appointment book. You'll present and follow up on pending treatment plans, walk patients through their estimates and financing options, and keep the schedule productive. When needed, you'll also help at the front desk. Our doctors handle all diagnosis and clinical recommendations. Your job is to help patients understand the plan, the costs, and the next step.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break Responsibilities Present treatment plans to patients and follow up on pending treatment Explain estimates, insurance coverage, and available financing options clearly and kindly Organize and track follow-up for each patient so no one falls through the cracks Turn accepted treatment into scheduled appointments Manage the schedule, including cancellations, changes, and open time slots Submit and track dental insurance pre-authorizations, review responses and expiration dates, and contact patients promptly Support the front desk as needed, including greeting patients, answering calls, and helping with check-in and check-out Handle patient information confidentially and in line with HIPAA Give every patient a friendly, professional experience in both English and Spanish Requirements Experience working in a dental office Experience presenting dental treatment plans Working knowledge of dental insurance, including pre-authorizations Experience explaining patient financing options Experience managing a dental schedule Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through A warm, patient-centered communication style, in person and by phone Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Comfortable using dental practice software and basic computer tools Nice to Have Experience with Eaglesoft Compensation $25.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience After your first 90 days, you may be eligible for a monthly performance bonus If you enjoy helping patients feel informed and confident about their care, and you like keeping a schedule organized and full, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have experience presenting dental treatment plans and explaining estimates to patients? Please describe briefly. Have you been responsible for following up with patients on pending or unscheduled treatment plans? Please describe briefly. Have you submitted and tracked dental insurance pre-authorizations, including responses and expiration dates? Are you comfortable explaining patient financing options and payment estimates? Please describe your experience. Do you have experience managing a dental schedule, including filling cancellations and open time slots? This role requires full fluency in both English and Spanish. Can you speak, read, and write both languages fluently with patients, in person and by phone?
