Entry Level Account Associate:

Connect with customers in person and communicate comfortably in both Spanish and English. Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right AT&T products and services. Guide customers through the sales process and make sure they understand their options every step of the way. Represent AT&T professionally during customer meetings, presentations, and consultations. Answer questions, solve problems, and provide personalized support in a friendly and professional way. Work alongside a supportive team to reach and exceed sales goals. Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and services so you can provide customers with the best available solutions.
