LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE WITH DENTAL INSURANCE
•Radiant Dentistry is a dental practice located in the Jonesville area of Gainesville. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with a warm personality and impressive customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a great personality and be professional at all times amongst patients and staff. Most importantly, your job is to make the patient experience top priority. Compensation will be based upon experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service Stay up-to-date on patient treatment progression and maintain the practice schedule accordingly Check in all patients and complete patient registration Schedule patient appointments and follow up on cancellations Verify appointment confirmations Insurance verification to determine coverage and benefit limits (as needed) Obtain insurance pre-authorizations prior to appointments (if required) Complete checkout process with each patient by reviewing charts to ensure that proper documentation is completed, correct procedures are walked out, and financial balances are current and paid. Participate in daily/weekly/monthly checklist activities as assigned Keep front desk area clean and neat All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience with presenting treatment plans and financing options Clerical and administrative proficiency. Excellent customer service skills with professional and courteous phone etiquette. Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
