Job Description

We are a busy, fast-paced Pediatric Dental practice seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Pediatric Dental Front Desk Team Member to join our amazing team! If you enjoy working with children and families, have strong customer service skills, and love being part of a supportive work environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Verify dental insurance coverage and enter information accurately Collect and post payments Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain a clean and welcoming front office area Help with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using dental software (training available) Prior dental or medical front desk experience is preferred Must enjoy working with children and parents Bilingual in Spanish is a plus , but not required
