We are building systems that support both excellent dentistry and an outstanding patient experience. We are now seeking amazing, energetic Dental Receptionist with "YES" attitude and a warm demeanor to add to our growing dental family.
Position Overview Primary focus:
In-person patient experience — This is a people-presence role, not a phone role Creates calm, professional environment — First impression matters Manages patient flow — Efficient check-in, check-out, and waiting room coordination Handles interrupt-driven work — Comfortable with constant interruptions and multitasking Maintain communication with patients in reception — Keep patients informed and comfortable Monitors wait times — Ensure efficient patient flow Updates the status in the system — Keep patient status current in the system Uses bluenote to communicate status — Coordinate with clinical team Answers phones when needed — Basic phone coverage (e.g., during breaks) Transfers calls to appropriate people — Route calls efficiently (primarily to Scheduler or Treatment Coordinator) Takes messages — Accurate message taking and delivery Checks voicemail — Regular voicemail monitoring and forwarding to appropriate staff Why Join Us?
