Front Desk - Pediatric Dental Office Are you a dependable, upbeat professional who enjoys creating great experiences for families? Our busy Weaver and Stratton Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our fun-loving, high-performing team! This isn't your average front desk role you'll be part of a larger administrative team in a fast-paced, high-volume office, where collaboration, energy, and attention to detail are key. We're seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and takes pride in punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude every day.
What You'll Do:
Welcome children and families with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism Coordinate scheduling and check-in/out procedures efficiently Manage a multi-line phone system and communicate clearly with patients and staff Navigate a dental practice software to keep the day running smoothly Collect payments, and assist with financial arrangements Contribute to a cheerful and efficient front office team environment
What You Bring:
A positive, reliable, and professional demeanor Excellent communication and multitasking skills Previous dental experience is required (1-2 years) Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and a strong grasp of customer service A steady, can do attitude especially when things get busy
Schedule:
