Job Description

Dental Front Desk Drift Dental | Stuart, FL Full-Time Drift Dental is a new dental practice in Stuart focused on making patients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. We're looking for a friendly, organized front desk team member who can give patients a warm welcome while keeping the day running smoothly. This role includes scheduling, patient communication, dental insurance, and treatment coordination. We're looking for someone who is proactive, open to learning, and excited to grow with the office as we build our team and systems. Responsibilities Greet patients, answer phones, and manage check-in and check-out Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized schedule Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments Enter accurate insurance and patient information Explain treatment plans, insurance estimates, and patient balances clearly Discuss payment and financing options with patients Submit claims and preauthorizations, and follow up on outstanding claims Collect payments and maintain accurate account notes Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment Coordinate with the clinical team to support a smooth patient experience Protect patient information and follow HIPAA requirements Qualifications Previous dental front desk experience preferred Strong working knowledge of dental insurance, including benefit verification, claims, preauthorizations, and explanations of benefits Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements with patients Clear communication, strong organization, and attention to detail Dependable and able to manage several priorities throughout the day Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with a new practice Experience with Open Dental is a plus Spanish-speaking is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Two weeks of paid time off Paid holidays Employee dental benefits Training and opportunities for professional growth Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern technology and a newly built office Please submit your résumé to apply.
