Join Our Team as a Front Desk Concierge! Dental Harbor on Skidaway Island in Savannah, GA, is seeking a friendly and experienced Front Desk Concierge to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor Schedule appointments and manage patient records Handle billing and insurance claims Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
At least one year of dental office experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in dental software (experience with Dentrix is a plus) High school diploma or equivalent
