The successful candidate will be hard-working and motivated, bringing a passion for helping our team deliver outstanding patient care to the communities we serve. Work days are Tuesday -Saturday. Tuesdays 8-2pm Wednesday-Friday 7:40am-5pm & Saturdays 7:40am-2pm Off Sundays and Mondays More about the role Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office to create a great first impression of our team Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking office messages and email, communicating with patients and insurance companies Verification of insurance and data entry to the practice management software Utilize Curve practice management software for patient scheduling and records Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers in the office Partner with the providers and team to implement Park Creek systems to optimize office potential Help with sterilization, disinfecting rooms, or help dental assistants or doctor as needed, flexible to be cross-trained Being on time and attendance is very important Understanding how to verify and look up insurance benefits, entering them into the practice management software, being able to calculate patients responsibility for treatments. Present treatment plans Ability to read and understand EOBs, account receivable, follow up on patients balances and collection of payment. Minimum Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment, can multi task Excellent communication and organizational skills Computer literacy The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Preferred Experience answering calls, scheduling, verify insurances, treatment plan presentation, understanding insurance coverage table, downgrades, frequencies, and preparing treatment plan cost estimate, check in and check out, present personalized care plan
