Medical Receptionist - Join Our Friendly Optometry Team! Do you enjoy helping people and making someone's day a little brighter? Our locally owned optometry office is looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to be the friendly face that welcomes our patients. We believe every patient deserves outstanding care from the moment they walk through our doors, and our front desk team plays a huge part in making that happen. Whether you're greeting patients with a smile, helping them schedule appointments, or answering questions over the phone, you'll be an important part of creating a positive experience for everyone who visits our office. What You'll Be Doing Greeting patients and making them feel welcome Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Checking patients in and out Verifying insurance and collecting payments Maintaining accurate patient records Coordinating with our doctors and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly Helping keep the front office organized and inviting What We're Looking For The right person is someone who: Loves working with people and provides exceptional customer service Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team Is dependable, organized, and able to multitask Communicates clearly and professionally Is comfortable learning new computer systems Pays attention to the little details that make a big difference Experience in a medical, dental, optometry, or ophthalmology office is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person who brings a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
