Job Description
Part-Time Receptionist - Rigby Pediatric Clinic Rehab Specialists of Idaho is hiring a part-time receptionist for our Rigby Pediatric Therapy Clinic. This position is 16 hours per week--two 8-hour weekdays per week. Specific days can be discussed during the interview process. We are looking for someone who wants a rewarding long-term position. This is not a summer job, temporary position, or short-term opportunity. We are hoping to find someone who will enjoy being part of a team for years to come. Our receptionists play an important role in helping families feel welcome and keeping the clinic running smoothly for patients and therapists. $14-$16/hour, depending on experience •We value work-life balance and understand that a part-time job should leave room for life outside of work. Need to attend a doctor's appointment, a child's school event, or take care of an important personal commitment? We do our best to provide flexibility when those things come up. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and assist patients and families Schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and authorizations Send intake paperwork and enter patient information into our electronic medical record system Scan and organize documents Communicate with patients, therapists, physicians, and provider offices Assist with general administrative tasks Qualifications Friendly and professional communication skills Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and learning new technology Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Dependable and reliable attendance Looking for a long-term position Medical office experience is helpful but not required.
