Prior dental experience and working with Patterson Eaglesoft Software or Curve is a plus. What you'll be doing: You're at the heart of all that we do. You will be one of the first impressions with patients, interacting with them before they meet the dentist. Handling all front desk receptionist duties including but not limited to the following: Patient check in and check out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co-pays, presenting treatment plans and much more. Qualifications Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software or Curve Customer service experience 2 years dental front desk experience preferred Knowledge of dental coding Treatment presentation experience
