Role Overview Starting with a single office a decade ago, two dentists founded and pursued the simple purpose of providing high-quality, affordable dental care for children and families. At United Dental Partners, you will work with a diverse and highly talented team, and joining means you join a seamless network colleagues who work together to deliver great dental experiences. We are looking for a qualified Front Desk receptionist to act as the first point of contact for patients in our Dental office located in the Flossmoor area. The right applicant will have experience greeting patients, verifying insurance and personal information, answering questions and directing patients until they are met by the Dental Assistant. Front Desk is responsible for general administrative tasks associated with the efficient running of the office.

HOURS:
Mon OFF, Tue 6:45a-4:00p, Wed 7:45a-4:30p, Thurs 7:45a-5:00p, Fri 7:45a-3:00p, Sat 6:45a-1:00p off the 1st Saturday of the month. Responsibilities Greet patients and check guests in according to established office protocols and verify and update patient information Move patients through appointments as scheduled and schedule appointments ensuring patients are attended to on time Collect payments from patients at time of treatment and inform patients of financial treatment plan options Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Requirements Previous administrative work in a dental office is required Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the workday Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing, people friendly personality The ideal applicant will display and demonstrate excellent communication skills with staff and patients Desire to learn new skills and expand your potential Compensation Package and Benefits We empower and support our people to achieve their maximum potential in the office and in their daily lives.
