About Us IShine Behavioral Health is a growing outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist / TMS Technician. No prior TMS experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training. Responsibilities Front Desk & Administrative Duties Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and compassion. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments. Verify insurance information and obtain authorizations when needed. Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Process payments and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations. TMS Technician Duties (Paid Training Provided) Administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments after completing our paid training program. Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient sessions. Monitor patients during treatment and ensure their comfort and safety. Document treatment sessions accurately. Communicate patient concerns or changes to the clinical team. Follow all clinic protocols and safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous medical receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
