Overview Action Chiropractic and Sports Injury Center (takeationchiro.com) is seeking a dedicated and friendly person to join our team in providing 5-star patient experiences. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that each visitor feels valued and attended to. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements Professional:
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, and will be representing the highest rated chiropractic and sports injury clinic in Naperville.
Good Communication:
You will have to be able to explain to the patient what to expect during their visit, and respond to any concerns over insurance and payments. You will also have to keep a great line of communication to the doctors.

Our patients are really cool people and we need them to feel welcomed and appreciated from the moment they make the appointment until way after they have left.

Problem Solver:
This job does deal with people and health insurance, there is always some hiccups. We are looking for somebody who can keep cool and do some investigating on how to make the problems better. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in booking and billing. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist patients with their requests. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked. Perform some light cleaning. Assist in marketing if necessary. Experience Previous experience in healthcare or front desk operations is preferred. Strong background in customer service within the healthcare or hospitality is essential. Familiarity with healthcare EMR software and phone systems is advantageous.
