Yes, floats to other women's and children's units to float as a patient sitter What you will do: Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patient. The Patient Care Tech/Unit Secretary position in the NICU also performs tasks related to receiving, preparing and delivering infant feedings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian and according to established procedures.What you will need:

High School Diploma or GED requiredCertification:
Current BLS CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association & Certificate from an accredited nursing assistant training course (CNA); or minimum six months previous patient care experience or equivalent; or completion of one nursing clinical rotation Attends patient care skills tasks related to preparing and delivering infant feedings Strong math skills for preparing and delivering infant feedings Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, ability to prioritize, ability to receive and follow through on directions Proficient communication skills Attend in depth orientation regarding patient care skills tasksNICU Specific:
