Job Description

Join our small office environment in this specialty medical practice and work with an outstanding team of dedicated hard working staff in a contemporary setting in Oak Brook, with travel to our Oaklawn and Orland Park locations. This full time position coordinates the front office for all three locations, and requires strong organization skills and attention to detail. You will greet patients, collect copays and balances, accurately enter demographic data into our EMR, schedule follow-up appointments, answer phones, and more. The successful candidate will have 2 years working a reception desk, or medical assistant in a physician office, and have proficiency with electronic medical record systems, ideally e-Clinical Works. Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
