Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient support during their orthodontic treatment. This position requires a blend of strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient interactions. Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments Collect payments Offer patient support over the phone Manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Maintain a clean and organized environment Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing medical records and coordinating with insurance providers for billing purposes. Qualifications Previous experience is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with orthodontics is a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
