Responsibilities:
As our Front Office Coordinator, you will: Welcome and greet our patients with a warm, professional demeanor—you'll be the first face our patients see and a key part of their positive experience. Utilize your dental insurance expertise to coordinate and verify patient benefits, ensuring accurate coverage information. Explain to patients their responsibility in an easy-to-understand format. Collect payment at time of service. Manage patient scheduling to optimize provider efficiency and patient satisfaction. Manage patient documents and records. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a dental office front desk or administrative role Proven experience collecting payments at time of service Proven experience solving problems with limited information and learning from any errors High school diploma or
GED Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Dental operations Proficiency in dental insurance benefits and claim verification Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice Apply today and learn how you would be a great fit for our amazing dental team!
