Job Description

Allen County Endodontics is seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused team member to join our specialty dental practice. This position will primarily support the front office, with the opportunity to assist clinically depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities may include:
Greeting patients and managing check-in and check-out Answering phones and communicating with patients and referring offices Scheduling appointments and maintaining the schedule Presenting treatment plans and coordinating patient care Collecting payments and completing general front-office administrative duties Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Assisting the clinical team as needed Taking radiographs, if appropriately certified Sterilizing instruments, turning over treatment rooms, and supporting clinical workflow The ideal candidate will have dental-office experience and be comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities. Dental assisting experience and a current Indiana radiography certification are strongly preferred, but we are flexible regarding the exact combination of experience. We are willing to train the right person in some areas.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable learning new responsibilities and helping where needed Dental-office experience preferred Dental assisting experience and radiography certification strongly preferred This is ideally a full-time position, although some scheduling flexibility may be available for the right candidate. Our office is open Monday through Friday. Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and the responsibilities the selected candidate is able to perform.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
