We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our front office team. Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to assist with day-to-day office operations. This part-time role involves a variety of administrative and patient-facing tasks, including managing patient schedules, processing payments, and providing a positive experience for each person who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries Schedule patient appointments efficiently and effectively Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries Update and verify insurance information Ensure smooth and welcoming front office operations Maintain patient records in a confidential and organized manner Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
Qualifications:
Previous dental office experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a bonus, but not mandatory Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, motivated, and patient-focused demeanor Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule of Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:10-4:30. We are hiring immediately, and the ideal candidate will be available to start right away! How to
