Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A background in healthcare or retail management is preferred, particularly in settings related to pediatrics or senior care. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently. Handle patient inquiries, providing accurate information regarding services and procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting necessary documentation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Support retail sales initiatives by promoting products and services available at the facility. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or business administration is a plus. Previous experience in a front desk role, preferably within a medical or retail environment. Knowledge of medical records management and medical terminology is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software applications.
